I built my career on hard work, honesty and integrity. I will bring these attributes to the bench for the people of Whatcom County.
Whatcom County is such a unique and wonderful place to live and work. My wife and I specifically chose to move here almost twenty years ago when we were starting our family. The people, the community, and the overwhelming beauty of our county are only part of what makes this such a great place. My ties to this community are deep, and I am devoted to keeping Whatcom County beautiful, safe and thriving. If I am elected Judge, I will serve the people in a courtroom based upon dignity, equality and respect for all. My commitment to justice is strong, and I will always uphold the ideals of equality and fairness for all.
If elected, I promise that as a judge I will serve with honor. I promise that I will respect every person who comes into my court room, and I will continue my dedication to the cause of equal justice. I promise that every victim will have his or her voice heard. I promise that every person fighting for his or her liberty will be treated with fairness, equality and impartiality. I promise that every person who brings a civil dispute before me will have that dispute decided swiftly, justly, and without a hint of bias. I promise that every witness, juror, and attorney who comes into contact with me will leave knowing that I appreciate them for helping to serve the cause of justice in Whatcom County.

The Value of Diverse Experience
I have been an attorney for 23 years, and it is the diversity in my legal background that sets me apart from the other candidates, and makes me uniquely qualified to be a Superior Court Judge.
Let Me Introduce Myself
I have strong ties to Whatcom County, and I love living in this beautiful, thriving community. I’d like to tell you a little bit more about myself.
